Urban Renewal Floral High-Low Skirt

Women’s size S, 18” on the front (high part of the skirt), 28” on the longest part of the back (low section). I’ve worn this skirt maybe two times since buying it retail. The pattern is beautiful, and it’s constructed from a recycled vintage garment. 😊 Elastic around the waist.
