Urban Renewal High Collar Vintage Dress

Part of Urban Outfitters Urban Renewal line from the early 2000s, this dress was sewn together using authentic vintage pieces and reimagined in a whole new way. The high ruffle collar, puff sleeved floral top has one broken button and a small snag at the bust. The back of the collar has a snag as well. The olive skirt is a nice, sturdy, almost military dress material and presses really nicely. No noticeable flaws in the skirt area. Looks like a two piece, but it’s all one piece. Tag size reads small / medium. I’d say it fits medium best. Measurements lying flat— Bust 18” Waist 14” Shoulder 15” Length 38”
