This skirt started as a pair of Levi's jeans (why the tag has a non applicable length measurement) and ebbed up as a cute skirt with floral fabric added. Size is waist 31 which fits between an 8 and 10 according to Levi's size charts. It seems on the smaller side of that so listing as a size 8.
