Urban Renewal from Urban Outfitters, made from recycled fabrics. The labels doesn't list, but this feels like a linen/cotton blend. Spread collar, buttons down the front. A subtle textured linen-y weave (color is most accurate in first two pics). Three-quarter length cuffed sleeves. Gathered relaxed waist, a-line silhouette. Midi length.
