This is a beautiful blue and white striped, wrap style blouse or shirt by the brand Urban Arecibo. Has colorful embroidery down each sleeve, smocked waist and parts of the sleeve as well. The tie wraps around the bottom half a few times and can tie in front or back. In VGUC, has no flaws, stains or issues. Shows some signs of age, but thats it!
