Urban Romantics green polka dot blouse! Unfortunately the size tag is not in the shirt but I would guess that it’s a small/medium. Cinched material across the top half for tighter fit, then loose down the rest of the blouse. Sleeves are loose and flowy, very comfortable shirt overall! No holes or snags, a few extra threads that could be cut, but they’re not noticeable as they’re in the under sleeves. Wear with some skinny jeans and wedges and jewelry! Super cute spring outfit!
