Urban Rose Black Floral Mini Dress

Selling my pre-loved lovely black dress with pink and cream colored floral patterns. With ruffled top design that can be worn off-shoulder or just round-neck. It says size is Large but it fits a size Small or Medium Petite. My height is 5’5” and the dress’ length is up to around 3 inches above my knees. With very slight unraveling of thread on the inner elastic band on the shoulder sleeves area as shown in the picture. Measurements: Shoulder to bottom: 32 in Waist: 28 in Waist to bottom: 18 in From smoke-free, pet-free home. No tears, holes and stains. Perfect for spring and summer!💕
