Urban Rose Women's Black Multicolor Printed Maxi Dress. Plus Size 2X. Tag is faded but if you hold it a certain way you can see the 2X. Top of dress is a stretchy fabric, skirted part of dress is a challis fabric. Made in USA. There is pilling mostly on the black stretchy part of the dress. Dress also has side belt loops but I do not have the belt. Bust is 42 1/2" relaxed and 52" stretched. Waist is 31" and stretches to 48". Hip is 48" and stretches to 52". Length is 58". Smoke free home. This is from a cat loving friend. It has been washed and lint rolled but there is still the possibility of stray hair.
