Urban outfitters Kimchi Blue mini dress M *never worn

Ordered this dress online a few years ago, and never had the opportunity to wear. It’s super cute, but if you are on the bustier side I don’t recommend, since there isn’t much stretch. It’s a size M, Runs more like a size Small. The fabric is super soft, feels like rayon. Super great color, fit and flare is so flattering
