Super cool navy and white patterned urban outfitters skirt bought years ago new. Maxi flowy skirt, comes just above ankles on most but goes to feet on me unless I pull waist up high waisted. Can we rolled folded, worn as skirt mostly but could add a tie and wear as a dress!
