Urban outfitters burned velvet flows top

This is a beautiful top by Urban Outfitters from their "seeing stars" brand. It's a black burned velvet fabric with an amazing intricate design and sheer mesh panels on the edges of the armhole and on the back. It's a flowy circle top with a lot of room. It is a bit cropped but I wore it with high waisted jeans and called it a day!
