Urban outfitters dress ❤️

Cute urban outfitter dress. As shown in the last picture there is damage on the stitches but it's not really noticeable and It fits really short on me I'm 5'7. I'm having a really hard time saying good bye to this dress, I used to wear it with tights and high boots during the winter but I'm pretty sure this dress is meant for summer, the material is heavy but I liked how it hugged my waist. I did put in in the washing machine which is why I think it shrunk just a bit so don't do that.
