Urban outfitters floral dress

Urban Outfitters below the knee dress in a light blue with white floral print. Adjustable waist with waist strap. The dress opens up all the way (like a wrap) so sizing is adjustable. The front as well as the bottom has base layer and the top back is sheer. Please refer to photos with my hand. Only worn once with no defects.
