Urban outfitters floral mini dress

Brand new! Never worn (took off tags) Too small on me:-( Body-Con floral mini dress with butterflies. Velvet material with cowl style neck line. Size medium fits like a small. Zip up back closure (couldn't show bcs doesn't fit me properly) Would be more flattering on a small chest, there is not much top room.
