Urban outfitters floral romper/dress

This playful romper has cute frill details on the bust line and comfy flowy shorts that make it look like a dress with the security of a romper. The print is really playful and pretty. Like new condition, selling because it is too short on me but I’m on the tall side (would be good for someone 5’5 or under).
