Urban outfitters mini dress from the bran Ecoté. It hits at the mid thigh and it ruffles at the bottom giving it lots of body. It hugs your waist to give you a snatched look. Very comfortable. Moderately worn, in fair condition. Its an extra small but the top is a little loose. Its more close to a size 4
