Urban outfitters strapless dress

Tie-dyed strapless ruffled dress. I am 5'4" and it comes to my mid-thy. Only worn once, but there is a small tear in the back which could be an easy fix or simply covered with hair. There is also a small spot that I barely noticed until today.
