Urban outfitters whale sundress XS

This is easily one of the cutest dresses I’ve ever owned. The cut is great. It has pockets. There is a stretchy panel in the back so there is a little bit of an accommodation for the bust area and the whale print is just adorable. It buttons down the front all buttons are intact with no issue. Measurements are in the pictures.
