jackieburrmon @tina_a123 Thank you, I appreciate your response! I bought a similar jacket and never got an answer. After waiting for days, I eventually got a refund. Don’t want that to happen again, if you know what I mean. Is there any wear and tear?

tina_a123 @jackieburrmon yeah I totally understand! The jacket is in great condition, however it is not as soft as a new one would feel. I’ve washed it several times and although it’s still warm and cozy, it’s not at optimal softness
