Used in good condition: 1981 Better Homes and Gardens “New Cook Book”

Used hardcover 5 ring binder cookbook in good condition. A 1981 ninth edition first printing. There is some creases upon opening of the book in the plastic coating and a name and date written on the second side of first page, also first page top of paper in punch hole is torn, see posted pics , but other then that it’s in very good condition.
