I'm 5'3" and got it hemmed to wear with heels. Could probably fit a 5'6" person. Tag says a size 1 but I usually wear a size 00 or 0. Fabric is very stretchy so could probably fit anywhere from a 00 - 2. No stains or rips. Practically brand new!
