Utility Jacket Dress

Not sure what to specifically call this dress but it is gorgeous! It feels like a layering jacket and I ha e honestly styled it that way before as well! Very thick material that is heavy stays down in the wind. Gold detailing makes the dress feel chic and elegant with a modern twist. Only worn 2 times!
