Uttam Boutique Blue/Black Dress with Pockets, 4

This dress is perfect for that smart, chic, not trying too hard yet still totally put-together look! It’s from a fabulous little boutique in NYC’s SoHo neighborhood. Goes on over the head, has a short sleeve, is fully-lined, and has legit front pockets on each side. Size says US 2/4 but I’m a 6 and it fits me perfectly. Very good condition, but does need a trip to the cleaners. (Accounted for in price)
