V. Chapman June Corset Front Slit Gown, used and altered. Size 8, hemmed 3” to fit a 5’ woman with 3” heels and have 1” extra at hem. Wrap skirt, ties at side, slit comes up to the thigh, but the wrap comes across to keep the slit more minimal. Ivory brocade fabric. Corset front was altered with an additional dark to bring the bodice into a more princess neckline - the original is more straight across. Additional boning added at the back of the bodice to provide better structure and reduce rippling - can be removed. Worn for wedding, and cleaned.
