@littleredpoppy hi! I am between a 4 and 6… I originally ordered a 4 and a 6, kept the 6, returned the 4. The 4 would have worked, but the 6 was more comfortable... so I don’t think it necessarily requires completely sizing up but if you’re in between sizes like me a 6 might be best! Hope that helps!
