V Frass cowl neck black and white tassled poncho shawl buttons to make sleeves

V. Frass cowl neck black and white checkered poncho/shawl. There are buttons on each side giving this shawl slits for sleeves. There are tassles at the bottom. The shawl has distressing around the edges of the fabric. Please notice the last picture. There is an area where the distressing has become a bit more distressed! This can be worn as is or you could take a needle and thread and give it a little stitch. Really a neat piece!
