seaclass @copper9988 This dress is a size 4 measuring 14" from side to side across the front at waist, 16" across the back, 7" from under arm seam to waist, 16.5" from pit to pit across the bust, 17" from top of shoulder to waist, 44" long from waist to hem. Any other measurements you would like?

seaclass @copper9988 I put this one on. . .I'm 5'4" and with 2.5" heels it skims the floor. I walked around and it skims the floor BUT the top layers are net tulle and NOT hemmed so could be easily cut as the under layer is a tad shorter. If you sear higher formal heels and are all that 5'4" it will be perfect but if you are shorter a half inch can simply be cut with o hemming. The other one you were lookin a is longer and hemmed and this one is a richer color and "floatier"

seaclass @copper9988 At 5'2" you'd need to take it up for sure or cut it off. Pretty much any regular size 4 long dress is going to be too long on you unless you get a "petite" size. Would a discount help if you need it altered? I can also give you a shipping discount if hat helps.
