V ery J unusual, funky top

Not sure of the material but it’s like a cotton linen mix maybe with oversized length arms it’s stretchy so it’s forgiving. But the arms and the sleeves are what drew me into this top to purchase it. I just have never found a place to wear it stretches much is 29 inches top to bottom in the back 24 inches.
