V neck frill teal dress from francesca’s

V neck drill dress from francesca’s. It says medium but runs small. I’m usually a small/ medium and I can’t get this zippered. This would look much better on someone who fit it better. I put a video of the dress zipping just to show that the zipper isn’t broken NWOT
