V neck lace half sleeve floral blue and black summer/spring dress.

I’m not quite sure where I got it but it’s only been worn a couple times. It’s black and blue flowers printing with a v cut neck line. It has lace stitching on the ends of the skirt and half sleeves. It’s a size small.
