V neck short dress "Horizon" blue

Gently worn Bill Levkoff bridesmaid dress - Style 762, size 14, color horizon 191 (royal blue). Dress runs small, my normal dress size is approx size 12. V-neck, 2 strap style. Hook & zip closure centered at back, no stains, worn once for a wedding. 2 layers under main shell layer of dress, boning structure, built in padding at chest, the straps have been altered/shortened.
