@shannonkopp hey! so for me I'm 5'2 and I weighed 145 with a athletic build when I wore these so they were pretty good fit on me , I have that natural like upper tummy pooch , even worse now that I'm also dealing with mommy weight now, but I think you'd be solid if you are less than I was when I wore them. they are stretchy and the band is thick which I liked because it pulled some of my pooch in.
