Black velvet blazer by Sofia Jeans I think this is a true XXXL vs 3X I would say there is a very small amount of stretch. It would fit a 1X or 2X really nicely. Even better if you wear it unbuttoned. But you can button it even on a 2X. I question whether or not a 3X would be able to button it, and wear it comfortably.
