VELVET by Graham & Spencer - Sequin Dress, US Sz “Small” - BRAND NEW WITH TAGS

This is a beautiful multi-color sequin dress. The brand is "VELVET by Graham & Spencer". The size is a U.S. "Small". This dress is done in a black chiffon-type fabric (fabric is viscose) with multi-colored sequins. It is a "slip-on" style - there are no buttons or zipper. The dress is short but is not really a mini dress, unless you are particularly tall. However, it does fall above the knee. We purchased this dress at a boutique in Calabasas, California - my daughter was planning to wear it to a wedding. However, it has never been worn. The tags are still attached.
