Brand new with tag. Never worn. Size:4/6. Super cute orange flowers flowing maxi dress. Above ankle length. Can be worn off or on shoulder because it has elastic puff sleeves. Side bottom splits with liner. Super cute for summer or spring. Tag doesnot say fabric but it feels like cotton with no stretch. For reference, Im 5”2, 34B chest, 15” shoulder.
