Can pull up higher or sit lower on waist. Measurement from top to bottom hem 30”. Metallic gold thread at hem. Gold sequin on inside waist (was on all of their items) 95% silk, 5% Lycra Excellent condition. Worn twice! No stains, pulls or holes! Amazing with sneakers, sandals or boots! Size 2 = US 6/8 (M)
