Do these need to be cleaned? Are there scuffs on the toes? It's hard to tell in the photo.

@cloefree989 yes they could be cleaned although overall they are in very good condition! And yes scuffs on top of front as shown in several photos but those can also be cleaned. They are priced accordingly but I am also open to reasonable offers!
