VGUC Nice Claup gray floral slip dress, sz XXS

VGUC Nice Claup, which is a Japanese brand similar to the GAP, gray and purple floral slip dress in sz XXS. Please see pictures for measurements and note the short strap length. Was previously altered but I gained weight and it’s not my size anymore. Chest: 16”, waist probably best for 12-13”, length 32” from center dip of dress, note: straps are 6” long total but there’s some extra length still (8th pic)! Please ask questions!
