VGUC Sea New York yellow midi dress with puff sleeves, size S.

It’s in really good condition, only tried on and have been in the closet ever since. It is size S but has an oversize fit, I am an L (size 6/8) and it fit me with some wiggle rooms. Supposedly wearing it like an oversized dress just like the last slide picture. Can be worn like a collar dress or not , the bottom skirt has some lining pattern.
