The description says large but the tag says medium. Can you give some measurements to help determine if it will fit please

Just measured and added to description . It runs 32” from top to bottom and 14.5 inches from the waist to the bottom
15” from shoulder to shoulder and it’s right at 18” pit to pit
The elastic waist is 12” across
