@gsharma3 hi! I’m so sorry I am just seeing this. Yes it can be worn as maternity for sure. The lace and lining have some give, and the synched part at the waist is also stretchy. Forgive me because I’m not totally sure how measure perfectly but it definitely fits like a medium/ large.
