VICI floral wrap midi dress high-low. Size small

Bought about 3 years ago, worn 2 or 3 times. Very flattering wrap dress with button hook closer and long straps to tie around the waist. Very slight pilling at the bottom of the skirt (see pic). Flutter sleeve, true to VICi size small.
