irena73 Hi Tiffany, the sleeve measurement from the shoulder area is approx. 25.5" (give or take a few mm). This measurement is with the jacket laying flat, unstretched. The material is very stretchy and can easily be pulled to cover half the palm of your hand with the thumb hole, or it can be rolled up at the hem. There's a lot of flexibility. Hope this helps.
