VINCE EUC Patterned Blouse Sz M

Beautiful flowy blouse. The pattern is blue and black. Faux pockets in front. There is a small flaw in the printing on the back (see pic), otherwise perfect condition. The fabric tag has been cut so I do not know the exact fabric. Maybe silk?
