Vintage black feather mourning cap Circa 1954 Black feathers with bird detail, mesh face cover. Excellent condition for its age. This is a pin hat which means it will need to be pinned down to your hair and you could place it anywhere it fits for your face :) The mesh is pliable and can be formed to either side.
