100% cotton twill. Quik zipper. This is such a fun retro piece - such an awesome vintage find. There is no size tag, this is handmade. Fabric has no stretch. This is a romper or skort. Please compare measurements to a favorite dress: Chest (underarm to underarm): 17" across Waist (across the front): 17.5" Shoulder to Shoulder: 13.75" Length (top of shoulder to bottom hem): 31.25" Inseam: 5.5" Condition: Has yellowing around the underarms and some dinginess on the cuffs.
