Beautiful vintage party dress Circa late 80’s to early 90’s Velvet top with lace at waist and polka dot skirt Black and gold Big shoulder pads with puff shoulder sleeves So retro Zip back closure Fully lined top Size 6 but marked as a small since I believe this would better fit a 4. But please check measurements! Vintage sizes run smaller!! Some wear on the velvet in certain places, please see photos! Not super noticeable, I had to use a very bright light to get a photo!
