VINTAGE 1980s DOES 1930s DECO G. PELLINI PERIWINKLE SEMI-SHEER CHIFFON BLOUSE

This blouse has slightly puffy sleeves, marked as a medium but fits more like a small medium, buttons up the back, has two buttons on the sleeves and small wrist, the only floor I can find is on the right arm but doesn’t detract much from the rest of the blouse, noted in photos. Worn a few times since it’s been in my possession but cleaned. Has a front bib faux scarf with pleating. Third and fourth images are truest to color. Periwinkle blue.
