New with tags Vintage 1980s Pendleton 100% cotton endless summer skirt. Zipper on back and slit on the backside This is a size 12. Model in picture is 130# and 5’5” and typically a size 2-4. This probably would more long the lines of a more fitted look. This can fit smaller sizes but would just be looser in the hips and legs.
