VINTAGE : 1990s "KENAR" little black dress

This is a lovely 90s formal LBD. it's in great condition, I've only worn to a wedding and for a film. There's a sheer black scarf stitched into each side of the waist, you can bow in the front or back! The skirt is circular with plenty of volume and great for spinning on the dance floor 😊. The waist is quite petite without too much give so this would be best suited for a small frame. It's sheer at the bottom, past the solid hem.
